Those figures are worked out by the same code you would be running, from the example tickets inside the app. Yours will look nothing like them -- that is rather the point.

What it does
It reads your own tickets.
Export the repair orders you already have -- Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, Mitchell, anything that makes a CSV -- and it works out what an hour really sold for. Whatever your columns are called, you check them on one screen before anything is saved. No export handy? Type twenty tickets in; that is enough to see the number.
It says where the difference went.
Discounts, hours written down on the ticket, diagnostic time nobody charged for, comebacks. In money, biggest first, with the tickets that cost the most named.
It counts what a spreadsheet gets wrong.
The rate is total money over total hours -- never the average of the ticket rates, which lets a $60 oil change count the same as a $2,400 engine job. Sublet is money but not an hour you sold. Parts margin is on the sale, so cost times 1.5 is 33%, not 50%.

What it is not
- It is not a shop management system. It does not replace Tekmetric or Shop-Ware, and it never writes to them -- it reads an export.
- It does not tell you what to charge. It tells you what you got.
- It does not send anything to your customers.
